This notice explains what we collect, why, who sees it, and how long we keep it. The section that matters most is the one about applying for representation, because that is where people send us the most sensitive things they will ever send us.
Who we are
Pink Mayhem LLC is the controller of the personal information described in this notice. We are registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, Filing ID 2026-002035851, with a registered office at 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States.
Everything in this notice reaches us at one address: info@pinkmayhem.co.
What this notice covers
It covers information we hold about people who enquire about booking talent, people who apply to be represented, talent we represent, and visitors to this website. It does not cover anything a client does with images after we have licensed them — that is governed by the licence and by our terms of business.
Information we collect
If you enquire about a booking
Your name, the company you work for, your email address, any phone number you give us, and the details of the brief — dates, location, budget, intended usage. We collect this because you sent it to us in order to get a shortlist back.
If you apply for representation
A government photo identity document, your date of birth, your name, your email address, your height and measurements, the city you can work from, and the four digitals you attach. Some people also send social media handles or a link to existing work. The next section explains exactly what happens to all of it.
If we represent you
Everything from your application that we still need, plus your representation agreement, the bookings you have done, the fees earned, and the bank or payment details we need to pay you. Where a client requires it for a specific job, we may also hold a note of restrictions you have told us about — work you will not accept, or usage you will not agree to.
If you visit this website
The site itself sets no cookies and runs no analytics. Our hosting provider keeps short-term server logs, including IP addresses, for security and to keep the site running. See the cookies and tracking notice for the detail.
Applying for representation — how we handle what you send
This is the part we have thought hardest about, because an application contains a photo ID and full-length photographs of the person sending it.
That is the order, every time. It is why we ask for the ID and the photographs in one message rather than two.
- The ID is checked, then destroyed. We check the ID, confirm the date of birth, and then delete the document. We keep a dated note that the check was done and that the applicant is over 18. We do not keep the ID itself.
- Under-18 applications are deleted unread. If an application shows the applicant is under 18, the email is deleted with the attachments unopened, and we do not reply.
- Rejected applications are deleted. If we do not offer representation, everything the applicant sent is deleted within 30 days of the decision. We do not keep a file of people we said no to.
- Your digitals are never sent anywhere without a reason. Applications are not circulated to clients. Only once we represent you, and only for a specific brief, do your digitals and stats go to a client considering booking you.
- You can pull out at any point. You can ask us to delete your application at any time, without giving a reason, by emailing info@pinkmayhem.co. We will confirm when it is done.
Applications arrive at info@pinkmayhem.co and are handled by the Pink Mayhem representation desk. Access to that mailbox is limited to the people who assess applications.
Why we handle it
Plainly, rather than in legal shorthand:
- Because you asked us to. You sent an enquiry, or you applied. We handle what you sent in order to do the thing you sent it for. You can change your mind.
- Because we have a contract with you. If we represent you, or if you are a client with a confirmed booking, we need your information to carry out the agreement.
- Because we have to keep records. Contracts, licences and payment records have to be kept for tax purposes and in case of a later dispute.
- Because we have to check ages. We do not represent anyone under 18, and the only way to know is to check.
Who we share it with
A short list, and nothing outside it:
- Clients considering a booking — digitals, stats and availability for talent we represent. Never the identity document, never the date of birth, never contact details unless the talent has agreed to direct contact.
- Our accountant and the payment provider we use to invoice clients and pay talent.
- Our hosting provider, which serves this website and holds the server logs described above.
- Anyone we are required by law to give it to, such as in response to a valid legal process.
We do not give personal information to data brokers, list vendors, advertising networks or lead-generation services.
How long we keep it
| Information | Kept for |
|---|---|
| Government photo ID sent with an application | Deleted as soon as the date of birth is checked. A dated note of the check is kept instead. |
| Application from someone we do not take on | Deleted within 30 days of the decision |
| Application from someone we do take on | For as long as we represent them, then 6 years |
| Booking records, contracts and licences | 7 years from the end of the booking, for tax and limitation purposes |
| Payment details for talent | For as long as we represent them, then as required for tax records |
| Booking enquiries that do not become jobs | 12 months |
| Emails to info@pinkmayhem.co on any other subject | 12 months |
Selling and advertising
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not run advertising on this site, we do not operate a tracking pixel, and we have no arrangement with any advertising network. There is no opt-out to offer you because there is nothing to opt out of.
Your choices
We offer the following to everyone who contacts us, wherever you live. You do not have to be resident in a particular state to ask:
- Ask what we hold about you, and we will tell you.
- Ask us to correct it if it is wrong.
- Ask us to delete it. If you are an applicant we have not taken on, we will simply do it. If we represent you, or if there is a booking record we are required to keep for tax reasons, we will explain what we have to keep and for how long, and delete the rest.
- Withdraw your application at any time, without giving a reason.
- Ask for a copy of what you sent us.
Email info@pinkmayhem.co. We aim to answer within 30 days. We will not charge you, and we will not treat you differently for asking.
If you are in California
California residents have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, where a business meets the thresholds that make that Act apply to it. Pink Mayhem LLC is a small business and does not currently meet those thresholds, so the Act may not apply to us. We are not going to use that as a reason to give you less: the choices listed above are offered to you regardless, and we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in that Act. If our size changes so that the Act does apply, we will update this notice.
Where your information is handled
Pink Mayhem LLC is a United States entity and your information is handled in the United States. Our hosting provider may serve this website from data centres in other countries, but the information you send us by email is held in the United States. If we ever take on work in the United Kingdom or the European Union, this notice will be rewritten to the standard those regimes require before that work begins.
Under-18s
We do not represent anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information about anyone under 18. This website is not directed at children. If an application shows the applicant is under 18 it is deleted with the attachments unopened. If you believe a person under 18 has sent us information, email info@pinkmayhem.co and we will delete it.
Security
Access to the application mailbox is limited to the people who assess applications and is protected by two-factor authentication. Identity documents are deleted after checking rather than filed. Digitals are not copied into shared drives or messaging apps. This website is served over HTTPS and sets security headers that stop it being framed by another site.
No system is perfect, and email in particular is not a secure channel. If you would rather not send an identity document by email, say so in your first message and we will tell you what else we can accept.
Changes to this notice
If we change how we handle information we will change this page and update the date at the top. If a change materially affects people who have already applied, we will contact them rather than rely on them re-reading this page.
